What do you call it?

I notice a distinct lack of scuppers/drainage.  Go for it at linda-mar. 

That thing is a pond dock with chairs. Anchor it somewhere and swim or boat up to it. A little ramp to it and it could be a mini-marina.  Add a gas dock and pro shop . . .
