Anyone have any opinions on the eagle cuda 250. I am looking for fishfinder with built in gps. Or Should I get a stand alone gps and fishfinder.
Thanks

I like mine a lot, and haven't had any problems with it in the year+ I have had it.  A good buy for a first FF and a GPS that gets the basics done IMHO.  I'll probably be upgrading next year for some more features, but I'm sure I'll keep using the cuda for a long time.  Runs for days on 10AA rechargeable batteries.

I've got the 240 which I think is the same as the 250 without the map.  I'm going to upgrade myself this winter mostly to get a map to go with the gps readings.

My fishing buddy has the 250, great piece of equipment,

Anyway, I use the gps quite a bit and would recommend a combo for sure, I'll never buy another ff without one.

I have used the 250 for 3 seasons on the ocean and still works well. Runs well on 8 AA's (over 8 hours). Not the best FF or GPS but a very functional unti that gets the job done.

I like my 250.  A lot of features,so it might take a while to figure out all of the screens since it is a combo. Sure is nice having the GPS right there at your fingertips.  Works great in my F-N-D.

Cuda 240 here.  No complaints about it, I would have liked a "map" feature, but the 250 wasn't available when I got my 240.

Ditto, the 250 came out shortly after I got my 240, at $50 more, now the 250 costs what the 240 used to, can't beat it for the price.
