the medium size model 1612. It has the little pop open top and the tray inside. Fits like a glove

On the T13's it fits a bit better than a glove.  On the older Prowlers you had to wedge it in some and it didn't sit all the way down to the bottom. Due to some variances in tolerance, I've seen a few Prowlers where the box just didn't fit.

On the Tridents, they built it with a bit more room so this box sits all the way down.  However, you don't get the "press fit" effect like you did on the Prowlers, which helped to hold the box in place.

Humpth... I just went to WM twice to get this box.  Guess I got it right the first time, the 1612.  But I got it home and thought it looked small and didn't feel like a "good" fit, really loose.  I wasn't expecting that so I went back and got the bigger one, 1812, and it does not fit at all.  Guess I'll be going back tomorrow to get the smaller one again...  Wish it fit the bigger one, cause there is more room to work with on it for mounting stuff.

What is the right size for my Hobie Adventure?  Do you know?  That box looks small but maybe right if you put in the rod holders.

Pete, you should check with Zee, but I believe he uses the larger one in his A.

on my older P15 the box is SNUG...no need for even a bungie on that sucker...but it does not go all the way to the bottom as you said, i get about 1/2" off
