Finally, it's been almost 3 months since I've been out on the water and posted an experience. Oh, nothing serious. Just busy with work, with my new hobby, and with my new toy (09 Hoyt SuperHawk). So here I go again... sore arm. But how can I complain.

2.5 hrs on the water (58degF), foggy all morning
3 strikes, 2 stripers (~22" and ~28")
250gr head (26') leading an intermediate running line
4" white clouser (personally crafted)
8wt fly rod

How I missed the thrill...
