Haven't been out fishing since NO-Bendo, but don't feel up to the ocean trek this weekend.  Be heading up to DV after getting some bait and possibly meeting up with a friend to take along for the ride.  Probably launch from the beach and fish the shallows first, then troll down to the end hitting some coves along the way.  I'll be on 69 for sure.

Fot stripers bring live jumbo minnows and fish the area around the launch about a 50 yard radius. There are also some trout around and directly across from the launch. For trout, fish worms and grubs at 10-25 feet on a downrigger at the dam cove. If you get to the dam before 10 AM the trout may be near the surface so try plugs first. Would head there first and work your way back. The crappie were in the structure at the north end of striper alley just north west of the launch. Water clarity was fair to good at the launch and excellent at the dam. Water temp was 64-66 degrees. How's that for intel.  :smt003

Hey Scott, thanks for the intel!  Sounds like it will be a fun day on the water!
