The prior rock fish recipes page wouldn't accept my post so I started a page #4 here.....   

 After a bountiful season of rock fish I decided to skip the usual but yummy fish tacos and try to duplicate a one of my favorite dishes the "Queen's Fish" served at Royal Thai in San Rafael. Started of with a little chili, basil, and hoisin sauce poured over a scaled and cleaned olive rock fish. Marinated the fish in the sauce and fired it hot with a handful of fresh basil leaves and flowers. Not bad for an Irish/Latvian......
