 PATCHY FOG.  

Just keeping an eye on this one.  I know it's a little early, and the forecast can change dramatically between now and Saturday.

Point Arena is ~15 miles south of Elk, so we're closet to the boundary between these 2 regions.

Yep, I have been watching the weather too.  Looks like I might be using my new drift chute.

To early to sweat it...I'll keep you posted.  Gonna have folks actually look at it too.

Looks like they have already dropped the small craft advisory...going the right direction.

its been the same for days up here. lots of fog, some wind, some wind chop,    no real swell.  fishable, but a drift chute might help.  fished near there last weekend, caught some lings and cabs.

It's sunny and warm today.  No wind and about a 5 foot swell.  Very good fishing conditions.

Looking good still.  A little wind will keep the fog off of the deck, and the the swell is NW and that is the preffered direction as its fairly sheltered at the launch from the NW.

Water was glassy today but LOTS of low fog.

We're looking good!  THe wind is actually supposed to be coming down during the day.
