Fished 4 times since Monday, two morning trips and two in the evening.  The bite is still slow, with a 4 or 5 fish average.  I usually get a couple 2-3 pounders, but even those were hard to find this week.  The fish were slapping at the top water offerings, but not eating them.  I have still been getting a few fish along the weed edges with a a deep diving crankbait.  I hooked up with Flyaker today.  I caught two small bass on the top, and one on the way in (on a crank) that was 2 pounds 13 ounces (pic1).  Flyaker is pretty good with a fly rod, but was unable to coax a fish into biting when I left.   Wish I had more to report.  Here are a few pics, plus one cute fish that Mooch would appreciate.

Have fun out there and be safe.

hey, Bryan-
Nice fish!    It was great fishing with you last Friday.    Would have been even greater if we would have gottens some cooperation from the fish.

Still trying to figure out how to manage rod, fly line and kayak in the wind and current.    I just need a couple more arms and i'd be set!
