Foreclosure maintenance, cleaning and repair business

Since Jennifer and I moved to Idaho I have started a business cleaning, maintaining and repairing Foreclosed homes, and have contact in the Bay area to do this business as well. We are now in 11 states with 17 start-ups throughout the US. We sell our business plan, contacts and continued training for $8,000 (you can find the ad's on CL in most areas) I would love to set up a fellow Kayak angler and will bring you here to Lovely Boise, Idaho for 2 days for the training included in start-up. It has been absolutely crazy. Our only office in Cali so far is in the South. We are trying to set up 14 different territories in Cali. and SR is one of them. Jennifer and I ran it here as long as we could without help, I now have 2 regional managers, and 2 full crews operating out of Boise, and we are not even on anyone map for a foreclosure Crisis. We invoiced $20, 500 for March and Just under $30,000 in April. May was slow and since June we have been setting records each month. It really is a no brainer. Setting up the territories is great for the individuals as well as us, we are affiliated with National contractors now that feed business through us and we in-turn feed our start-ups. Glad to hear from you, How is that family, any more new additions?
