Friend who works at Apple told me that Aquan had a presentation there yesterday about Kayaking and Fishing.  But Joel wasn't the Aquan rep who gave the talk! Whattup wit dat?

Anyway, Friend called me afterward.  Wants me to take her party of three out this saturday.

Was thinking Shoreline or Stevens Creek.  I'm doing the DV Aqua Challenge on Sat morn, but they're not likely to come out for that, too far from Mtn View.  So we'll likely stay local.  If they're feeling really adventurous, might take em sharking at Dumbo! :smt002

Anyone care to come paddle with us?  additional tandem or singles ok.   :smt006

I was pretty bummed about that....someone had to run the store that day and it was me :smt011

Martin, why don't you take your friends to the Aquan Boat house at the Aquatic Park in San Mateo?? Easy launch, picnic area shaded with trees, clean bathrooms AND you can demo the stand-up-paddle board as well :smt002 I'll try to see if I can work the boat house that day.

We'll be at the Aquan Boat House at about 2-3PM, give or take b/c of Asian Time Adjustment Factor :smt005.  It'd be fun if you were there Joel, but understand if youve gotta hold down the fort.

The late start necessary b/c Brian G and I will be weekend warriors at the Lake DV Aquathlon and Swim challenge on Sat AM.  Two guys past their prime trying to relive their aquatic youths - can you say Al Bundy Syndrome?  "Let's Rock" :smt005

Oh, I guess this serves notice to avoid DV on Sat b/c of all the human trafficking that will occur :smt044.
Parking is gonna be a beeeoootch, 10 times worse than normal.
