Greetings,

We've decided to hit up Good Ole' Pier 45 for live bait.  Launching from ARW bright and early.  PM me for more details or call me.  Channel 69 on the water.

Saving the Big Blue for Sunday....hopefully

Visualize the weather report Bro....the 2 days prior to launch there's a small craft advisory with high wind and short period swell, then on game day you got forecasted 5-15 SE Winds pushing 2' wind Swell into a 5-7' NW swell, now factor in the 2' S. swell.......what about that at option A or B sounds promising?

PS the live bait receivers in HMB are located in the harbor, accessible only by boat.  It would be a big effort to buy and transport bait, just something to think about.
..........agarcia is just an ex-kayaker

sunday it could be happening weather wise.  saturday might have some left over chop but fishable is my guess.

might almost be better later on sunday, 10-2 or so.

if you are set on bait, you can probably sabiki some bait but frozen anchovies trooched were used by mooch to good result last year.

don't listen to art, he's just experienced, smart and a good fisherman,  :smt002.

Weather was beautiful today, but the fish were shy.  2 halis for 7 kayakers.  Feels like it was yesterday because it was IPA day at the brew club and we sampled 33 beers by 5pm. :beer1

The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.
