7/9 pb report, bay butts

launched the big boat from berkeley and headed straight to mel's. we fished live bait for 2 hours but only caught some brown sharks. we caught a 25" striper at southhampton. the best bite was off ti. we landed 3 keeper butts and some shakers. the wind was HOWLING by noon. we left at 1:30. it was great to feel some cold air and catch some fish.

Cool report...  except for the lack of photos and no kayak!   

Just kidding, CP.  Glad you got some action, but you'd better pack along some kind of sketch pad or something for junkies like me!

i will sketch using a quill pen and fish blood i better get some albies this year or i am going to run out of ink!
