launched the big boat from berkeley and headed straight to mel's. we fished live bait for 2 hours but only caught some brown sharks. we caught a 25" striper at southhampton. the best bite was off ti. we landed 3 keeper butts and some shakers. the wind was HOWLING by noon. we left at 1:30. it was great to feel some cold air and catch some fish.
