It's last minute, but I am meeting a diving buddy from Fort Bragg at Caspar tomorrow at 0800 to do a shore dive and then some kayak fishing after the dive.  I found a nice reef last year outside of there that was holding lots of lings, but I found it on my last trip of the year.  Anyway, will probably be kayaking by 0930 or 1000 until the wind comes up too much, probabaly 11 or 12.  If you don't know, it is just north of the Cabrillo Lighthouse just south of the town of Fort Bragg.  Parking on the beach side of the road, across from the campround.  Later....
