I stuck a couple this afternoon in a quick few casts at high tide. actually 3 if you count the 3" long one...  :smt005

two fly casters wearing only boardshorts got 1 each. they said they were there for the girls,  :smt044.

one saw a halibut swim through the surf!  hmmm, might have to try the scallen method right here.

I used a 10.5' spinning rod.  this one:

casts a one ounce egg and grub pretty darn well, quite sensitive.

they had 20% off on memorial day.

I'm sorry I've lost track, what was the problem with your camera?...   :smt003

I'll admit though, it's a good report even w/o photos.   :smt001

I admit, it's fully functional! I'm thinking of using it soon!  :smt004

for now you'll just have to visualize all the bikini's and fly-fisherman in boardshorts chasing them. taking pics is not exactly low-profile and I felt that low-profile was the way to go yesterday. in fact if I had an inviso-suit, I would have used it.

.......go for the hali's...though this swell is proly pushing them out.  Might be a surf day for the surf dude, eh?

If you are bored later, come over and skate the ramp.

the south swell is supposed to build, but sometimes the big wind flattens it. I don't see it on the pt reyes buoy, but saw a few swells at low tide this morning.

would be nice to surf.
