Short and to the point...

Met up with Joe (bloodbath) this morning at Coral Street, and ran into another local guy named Ray who isn't a NCKA member yet (I gave him the 2-minute pep talk).  My first time there (finally!) and the weather was perfect; no wind, glassy water and very little swell.  It had all the makings for a great day - too bad nobody told the fish to cooperate.  It was slow slow slow.  I caught 4 fish total during the 4+ hours I was on the water; a baby 10" cab, a 14" gopher (or brown, I never get them right) and two other rockies that were too small to mention.  The other two guys didn't have much more luck than I did...Joe got just enough for fish tacos I think.  Nice day though, and I'm glad I finally figured out where Coral Street Beach is.  Good meeting you today, Joe!

Sorry, no pics.  My the shutter on my A-60 is jammed and I'm putting off my Optio purchase until the new model comes out in July.
