Gonna give the delta a rest and try for some lake bass. Propably noonish till dark. Going to launch at east end of lake. Free launch and parking. Jeff

Sweet man. You know what spot i am talking about? Its all 5 mph zone. Ive seen some big stripers come out of that area too

I don't  know your spots but I will troll the flats @ 20 -35 ft rolling chovies and/or shad and work the 'point' with live bait and chovies.

Where are you planning on launching? I launch way down off Hogan Dam Road. There is launch access you drive right down to the water.

If I get there early I like to launch from the boat ramp and pay the $4 to have my truck behind a locked gate at night. If I get there late I launch from wrinkle cove.

I know the launch you are talking about. It is a shorter paddle to deer creek if that is where you were thinking about fishing.

I thought winke cove closed at dusk. How late do you want to stay? And which launch are you launching at? I might do the same if im staying way passed dark
