Just a reminder everyone that we are having a Big Fish tourney @ HMB Kayak Company this Saturday. Cobra Kayaks will be there doing a seminar after the tourney and there will be a few SoCal guys on the tour. Come out and show those guys how we do it up north.

All the details and signup are here : http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/content/view/25/67/

I would appreciate if you would signup before Friday so I don't have to collect a lot of forms and money Saturday morning  :smt003

A mile or two at the most. The green can is visible off the mouth of the Harbor and it marks the reef system - having a fish finder would help find the pockets. Just keep an eye on the breaking waves off the pinnacles and the wakes coming from the busy weekend boat traffic.

You are more than welcome to join us out there - safety in numbers!

If you have a VHF - will be on channel 69.

I'll come fee in hand tomorow too, I suppose I could pay tonight though if it's not too late.  (wife runs paypal stuff).
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.

For those paying on site tomorrow it would be helpful if you print and sign the entry form/rules. I will bring a few copies myself but if you already have it ready it will make it smoother.

Entry form:

http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/content/view/25/67/

In the upper right there is a little print icon to give you a printer friendly format.

Thanks guys! Looking forward to a good time!
