You guys still fishin for sturgies???

This is the BEST time of year to get them, they seem to roll into the bay with an appetite, then nibble their way through the rest of the season. 

Also.... there seems to be less eel grass in the shallows this early in the year.  In another month, you're bait or lures will be getting snagged in it.

Way to stick the first yak-hali of the year.  Good to see you're still vertical 

I did bp sunday on the yak, all the way to the end, for nothin.   The pier rats are stickin 'em on lures and talkin trash while I paddle by.  Smells like pier spirit.
