perch at richmond + dave first self rescue

So it was a nice day for most of the day got 2 nice rubber lips and some pongee's
and Dave did his first self rescue on the marauder, I tell you this will be the yak he paddles from now on

tried to get some video of Dave's tyring to get back on but the cell phone will only do so much
did get some video but it is not that good.

But i will tell you that he whacked his nose when he went to flip the kayak over

I have launched from there, as well as shore-fished
...earlier this year, someone reported that after returning from a paddle, discovered their car was broken into and remembered someone in a car watching/plotting, ......It is a busy place on the weekends, lots of walkers.....I'm gonna have to start thinking about launching from the marina.....it's a bit further to the open water, but alot safer?...maybe!
