Mooch, do you have room on your fish slayer to add "Da" to its name?

Wow EK! the Nimoy clip is very disturbing. I dont feel good now.
Big J has nailed it with Sexy240 and to see it painted on the side of a yak would be priceless.
And after that entrance on Sunday "scooter"  is also on target. Almost as disturbing as Nimoy.
But to me "Mr Mooch" seems to be the best fit for a NCKA legend.

"Mr Mooch" has a nice ring.  It implies both fun and respect.

That Leonard Nimoy vid is indeed disturbing.  I had to kill a few extra brain cells after seeing that.  I didn't quite see the connection with Joel/Mr Mooch with that vid, other than maybe some rather hairy hobbit feet, and then I had some weird minor hallucinations about Bilbo Baggins wearing a speedo...Oh the horror...

As for little ol' me, just call me Gollum/Smeagol to Joels' "Mr. Mooch":  I'm small and skinny, and love the water and gnawing on raw fish.  Much like Smeagol.  But enough about me.

I also love Janices' idea of calling Joel "Sexy 240".  Good humor there.

BTW, to Janice; my public apologies: Have you forgiven me yet for the one time that I once as a newbie inappropriately bothered Troy about spelling when he's rigging his Hoboie OB?  I wouldn't want to loose a friend for some silly behavior of mine like that, and I did learn my social NCKA lesson, and thanks for being called on that.  Were you here near Mendocino enjoying the whale watching weekend?  (March 01/03)

In humility and semi-intelligent humor;  -Matt
(Not to be confused with Captain Matt and other various Matts)

P.S.  I'm still just a permanent newbie here, so I would love to hear the story about Joel as "Apron Man".  Is that some kind of super hero?

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet

What matters is what something is, not what it is called.

Romeo and Juliet, 1594:

    JULIET:
          'Tis but thy name that is my enemy;
          Thou art thyself, though not a Montague.
          What's Montague? it is nor hand, nor foot,
          Nor arm, nor face, nor any other part
          Belonging to a man. O, be some other name!
          What's in a name? that which we call a rose
          By any other name would smell as sweet;
          So Romeo would, were he not Romeo call'd,
          Retain that dear perfection which he owes
          Without that title. Romeo, doff thy name,
          And for that name which is no part of thee
          Take all myself.

I'm not gay or anything,  but I always like that speech.
