I got my Adventure from Cal Canoe & Kayak and I think some people talk highly of Windtoys.  Good Luck!

I went to the ISE show in sacramento on the last day with the intention of bringing home a new yak for me and hopefully one for my wife. Having quite a bit of experiance with trade shows, I know that many times the outfits that display there really dont want to drag thier products back home. Anyway, at the end of the day the guys at west coast inflatables sent me off with a fully loaded prowler big game for under a grand. the even better part was they threw in a nicely set up W.S. tarpon 100 for my wife! free! ( dont know that she'll fish with it but she sure will look good paddlin around behind me) They werent real pleasant to work with but they sure gave me a good deal. Got home that night and put it right in the swimming pool. anyway, the rest of the show was fun and I came home with at least two months of bathroom reading material. Will definately go again next year. I also hear the SAC show is by far the best.
