Finally got a day to use the new X Factor I picked up from Humboats this December. Hawk really tricked it out, X Wing consol, ff, lighted compas, bow lights, etc. Fished out of Moss starting at 7:30. Light fog, no swell, no wind. Thought I would clean up on the Dabs. The Jelly Fish had another idea. Solid jello from 80' to 180'. I tried to fish between them for a while and ended up with 10 small dabs. Got tired of picking off the jello about 10 am and decided to go up towards Pajaro and out in deeper water to get out of them. Finally found a spot in 210' of water out of the jelly and got a few good sized Dabs. Then came the King fish and the wind. Was back at the harbor around 1 pm. The X Factor is like a caddy compared to my old Perception. Sorry no photos, I was too busy enjoying the day.

 :smt006 Howdy KMARP, and Welcome!

It would be great to see pics of your new X-Factor that Hawk tricked out for you.

Thanks for the report.  Yum; Dabs with stinging Jello sauce.  :smt002  -Matt
