According to tests the mythbusters did: http://mythbustersresults.com/mini-myths

"Sharks tend to be attracted to brighter colors like yellow.

plausible

When all the results were calculated, the sharks tested preferred to go for the "yum-yum yellow" seal dummy before the other ones (red, blue, black, white, silver)."

Tough one, ever tried to get a visual on a green, blue or even earth tone colored kayak?
Not so simple, at least for these eyes! I'm aware of yum-yum yellow, etc., but I'll go
with the odds on this... Chance of GW encounter or being seen if needed, I go for the
latter... I've used "fusion". OK, but for me at least 3/4 cans per yak. Agreed, works well
except for contact areas. Seat, hull, etc. Don't hold paint too close either! The runs!
Happy New Year Everyone.
