We (Holy Toledo & Toys-R-Us and I)  are going to fish Lake Sonoma  Saturday unless  the water has muddied up. Does anyone have a resource that could give us a heads up on the lake's condition?  The local news paper predicts a sunny but cool morning so we are meeting in Healdsburg  at 7:00 am. I have lived in Sonoma County my whole life and have never been on this lake. I believe we are launching from Yorty Creek. I will be re-reading Mooch's "paddling for trout"  tutorial.  Let us know if your are going to go or have info on the lake's condition....Thanks

Hey Allen,
Count me in!!! Don't know about the son. Talked to him and he wants to go duck hunting that day. I also have never been to the lake, so pass all info around. :fishing2

You can call the Marina if they pick up.
The lake will need a lot more rain to muddy it up. It's sota green right now vis about 6' an inch or two won't effect it.

I pretty much just troll for Steelies, in the Summer I'll do a little jigging.
The Bass are at 30/40' so jigs or dropshotting real slow.
