Different launch Montezuma Area

Hey All,

 Congrats Mellisa!!!!!!

 Found a new,  (well it's not new), Suison Marina launch.  Takes you into Suison Slough which eventually

 hooks up to Montezuma. many interesting areas twisting through the Suison Marsh,


 Nada for me today and most everyone I talked to was the same,

 shoulda hit the Airport

 can't even post pics, my computer is in the shop

 to get there....

 Main St. to the end through The Marina area, go left, can't miss it, $5 bucks self pay

  bait shop on Right just as you come onto Main, Vicks or Victor, something like that

Looks like a long way to Montezuma on mapquest.  How far did you paddle?

The goal is not to go to Montezuma, but to find areas in this area

  About 2 miles,  sadly, My only Hobie with a working Depth Finder is on Display @ the ISE Show.

 Lots of guess work today and very frustrating, but they have been getting them on grass shrimp.

  Suison Bait is working on a real nice map of this area.

 A proto type is up on their store front window. It's what promted me to try this area....

way to recon Don!  i wondered about that marina when passing it.....I've seen guys pluggin for Salmon there,successfully. (when they're in) 
2miles is way shorter than 6-7mi.? (Beldens)   

Danglin That was you out there I saw somebodys 4runner and was wondering who it was .  If you would have gone up to your right  to the next bend thats called jacks rock. there is a hole there  about 25 ta 30 ft  good Dino hole  around the end of feb and during march. VIRGILS is the name of the bait shop but most of the time he has no bait and they can be $$$$$$ at times I have been wanting to get a Yak for a yr now just havent done it yet but i think this will be the year to pull the trigger.
We didnt get anything either we went all over suisun to the cut up monty to the power lines and down to the mouth only marked a few fish no bites for 17 hrs of fishing

 I can bring a extra Hobie if ya Hook up out there.........

 I was out @ Montezuma today, real slo and the reports over the last 4 days have been dismal.

complaints about the water being too cold ect ect....

 I got into a schoolie striper bite mid outgo by " The Bungalows ",

 another PB I was talking to through out the day scored 3 Dinos, 46",.  57",  1  OVERSIZED!!!!

 Grass and Mud shrimp...

 Saw a couple Monsters jumping ... should be anytime now........... ......... Danglin
