What is the lowest the tide can be at China Camp before is becomes a mudfest??
If low tide is at +1 can I still paddle to the beach??

At +1, you should be fine.   At + 0.5, it'll be a mini-mudfest.   At 0 or lower, it's a significant mudfest.
