I took a friend out paddling today on the American River at Sunrise Ave. He was using my T130. We weren't fishing but it was beautiful because we made it out there at sunrise. I saw Salmon carcasses. There were a few intact 20-30lb dead fish but not many.

The highlight was when my friend for no reason just rolled over and into the river he went. It was freezing out there and he was wearing full street clothes. Fortunately he was wearing a spring suit under his clothes. He was a good sport and paddled for another hour after that. He told me to help him find a used yak because he loved it.

He used the Search 15 and the T130 and said he preferred the T130. I think I am going to try to find a T130, fish n dive, x factor etc..

Carcass pics please!   :smt006  Also, a good shot of the dousing would be entertaining - glad he was OK!   :smt001

If I had my camera at the time I would have taken pictures. At least I converted another yaker.
