Has anybody been out on the Russian for Steelhead latley? I am heading up to the Russian tomorrow and was wondering how it has been. Any info is appreciated.

I just saw Sean's truck parked on Lake Mendocino Drive by the Russian River. Maybe he can give a report. I believe it's still a little too early, but you never know.

Not many in the river right now, might want to wait another week until these "storms" come through.

To date we have counted 5...woohoo!  Its a little early still.  They don't really start going until Mid January. 

I was doing a Chinook survey at the Forks today, no steelies.
