Bob and I will be out at Fort Ross between 6:00 and 7:00AM. Same story as before. If the conditions no looky good we'll still play in the kiddie pool.

Company (especially those with FF's!) welcome.

Forecast looks good.  Unless the salmon are WFO friday, I'll fish fort ross sat.  Either way I'll probably hit linda mar sunday morning too.   :smt003

The forcast for Sunday is currently looking better that Saturday, but that's still several days out.  I'll keep my eye on the weather and do something really nice this week for the wife so I can go.  I'll bring my fish finder, but after a month of abuse in Baja it's been a bit touchy lately.

as far as I know my FF is functioning, but it's been a few months since it's been out.  It's not very important up there anyway.  The fish are more or less everywhere.

Yeah, I was just kidding about the FF. All you need to do at Fort Ross is find the kelp!

That's a pretty long haul, gto19. One of our "fleet" comes up from the Palo Alto area and it takes him a little over three hours if I'm not mistaken.

a little over three hours from fremont.  The stuff on 1 is pretty windy and hard to speed effectively...

I'll prolly have room for 1 in my van.

You have not seen Eric drive, this guy made Bay Area to Mill Creek in like 2 hours. I saw him around Lime Kiln doing like 60, totally insane!  :smt107

Im in for satuday too.....especially if linda mar is donuts or shakers friday!

For those that don't know....to avoid the windy roads around Bodega  try exiting on River Road from 101. Its a straighter shot and comes out at Jenner. Its great if you're coming early in the morning or later in the evening.... just keep your beers down and watch out for the 4am hitchhiking methheads around Guerneville- they are tough to see in the dark
