I guess I have been fishing too much.  My 2022 Mirage Drive 180 Rear Spine Bearings had to be replaced.  When I removed the spine bearing cover ,after noticing slight angle and chain beaning very loose, 1/2 of 15 bearings were no longer circular but semicircle shape.  The bearings are not in stock and I took bearings from another drive and repaired.  Hope Hobie resume providing repair parts soon.

This video helped greatly for the bearing replacement:

On mine the rear spine itself was worn so I got the ceramic bearing replacement kit from Goss Outdoors on Etsy. I have over 100 trips on each kayak, so both of my drives now have the rear replacements. I don't have a lot of trips on the replacements so I'm hoping they hold up as well or better than the originals.

If a seagull poops on you, statistically it was no accident.

I also tried the Goss bearings in my 180 drive. They are holding up after many years and would recommend them highly.
