How do you post photos to a post?

I keep on trying too, but it doesn't work. Do they have to be below a certain size?

Perhaps the fish in my photos aren't big enough and the site's preemptively blocking them? ;-)

Try reduce the picture size to less than 1 mega bytes.

I believe that the limit is actually 2MB...

Thanks guys. I compressed the JPEG, even below 1 MB, but it's still getting hung up when I select "post". I logged out and in.

I'm thinking it's probably some type of AOTY conspiracy...  ;-)

Hopefully it's working for others

As an aside, I find this image size limit to be especially a hassle when attempting to post on-the-water reports. If you have an iPhone, I've found that this app called "Image Size"

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/image-size/id670766542

works well. It's free, with ads, which are easy to ignore...

Definitely... :smt005

But no really seems like the recent tech issues have caused a delay in posts that often ends in a disconnect with no post or no edits including photos. Often takes several tries so copy before you post unless you don't mind retyping?

In the past I would often just crop the photo to reduce the size to allow them to be posted which also results in the fish looking bigger so a win win as you say.

Of course it was right side up in my gallery,  so the internet weasels are at it.
