How's things my salty old friends! Im freezing me ass of in western md still, I still own a big old mansion and getting her fixed up, I have great cheep heat. Small world - my partner grew up in Cumberland and we're back every year to visit her family and mine up in Frostburg, plus attend DelFest. Lots of beautiful mansions in the area that need some TLC - glad to hear one is being saved.

Hi folks! Sean-I still tell the drive-by landlord story but I bet that shark hasn't thought about me one bit... Chopper- Delfest hell yeah! Let's get together this year for sure! Pass the word maybe someone else wants t0o come on out for it, I can put folks up for it.  Im 5.5 hours from the Chesapeake bay bridge tunnel also premier ocean spot, and Im 45 minutes away from the Savage river and reservoir, one of the best lakes on the whole east coast. 2 fully rigged yaks.
