Have a spare, first generation, Hobie turbo 180 drive I don’t use, want to pass it along.  It’s in great condition, I never used it.  $600 $500obo.  Located in Boulder Creek for pick up, travel all over for work so hit me up and I might be able to drop it off.  Thanks!

I've never owned one of these, but from what I recall seeing on the Hobie forums, there were a lot of issues with the first generation 180 drives, to the point where Hobie recalled and replaced some components. So, just curious if any warranty/recall/etc. was every applied to this drive.

I was not aware, I picked these up from another NCKA member and he said they were tip top.

For what it’s worth, these pedals components are identical to my  second generations, I see zero difference in the pairs beside the square tubing.  They’re solid as far as I can observe and function as they should according to the NCKA member I purchased them from.

Was able to contact the gentleman I bought these from last year. Hobie sent him a warranty set of replacement fins back when he originally purchased the kayak these fins were for, he used them for “3 or 4” trips otw without any issues and then shelved them due to back issues.  Throw me an offer, looking forward.
