Finally managed to get some crabbing in around Thanksgiving, weather and other obligations had kept me off the water for a bit longer than I would have liked. Made 2 trips, one on the 25th and the other on the 30th. Dropped the hoop nets south of hog island both times, had the area to myself which was nice. Pulled up 5 dungies on the 25th before heading in around 11 (about 3 hours of crabbing). The 30th was worse, only managed to nab 4 Dungeness with 5 hours of crabbing and an extra net borrowed from a friend. Hopefully just bad tides, but there were a lot of boats out so maybe the dungies are finally feeling the fishing pressure. Hoping to grab some more before Christmas if my schedule and the weather cooperate
