  Hello I would like to a report a disturbance at the boat in campground could you please send a couple of Officers as soon as it's light enough to launch. They will have to paddle around questioning a group of suspicious characters reported to be from an notorious gang flying colors known as the NCKA from the South and East Bay.  Lead by infomus Joel AKA Mooch reported to be locked and ready to cast from the "Hella Asian Nation." And Adam AKA Fishunter from the famed Black Hole Gang (Also known as the Raider Nation "just win baby")brandishing a Manknife in a very unusual place. Such suspects have been reported putting the hurt on the local population. Please tell Officers that they must be patient and pose as Kayak Fisherman to Observe these shady characters and try and Maintain the superiority of the Northern Sect of the NCKA on their hood.  If said Officers cannot maintain the Upper Hand Retreat and let the local Home Boys deal  with the tresspassers. If the officers can maintain their Reputation they must then buy the invaders a beer and send them Home with their tails behind their Paddles.
