I cringed today when watching a pretty popular YouTuber was trout fishing, describing all the layers of clothes he was wearing to stay warm and how he had his lifejacket behind him.  The water this time of year will sap your energy in seconds when you hit that water.  Wear that life jacket, it has no "life" in it if you don't put it on.  It's just a jacket at that point...
