Hi everyone,
Thinking of getting out this week some where for Halibut and or Rockfish.
Weather actually looks reasonable this next week.

Thinking of Doran of maybe Ft Ross or ???

Might even do Half Moon Bay??? Looking for a buddy or two as I dont like going out in Big Blue alone.

Could do anytime this week.

I’m thinking of going out tomorrow (late start since I get off work at 7am). Maybe Stillwater cove by ocean cove. Might camp out and go out again Wednesday but weather might pick up.

Hi Cam,
Well as often happens work got in the way of fishing for today but I am going to try to get out Wed.... probably to Doran.
Hope you get some at Stillwater.... love that place..... used to be my favorite ab and rockfish for freediving... but don't do that anymore.... was a young mans game as I had to hilke down with my and my wifes gear and then down the rope to the rocky beach on the north side of the cove near the cauldren (rocky  bowl at the north end of the cove.

I will have to try kayak fishing there.   Hows the launch.... probably rocky two man job?

I’m out in Doran now. So far 1 raked bait and a baby ling. Came up on a huge ship washed ashore. Didn’t get too close.
