Hi all, my name is Bill, I've been kayak fishing in the vicinity of the Bay Area for around 8 years now, mostly around Linda Mar. This is my first post, and the main reason is that I have yet to catch a California Halibut from a yak and I'd like to fix that. Seems like it's hot off Pacifica right now (?)- anyone got any info on that?
Cheers all.
Oh, here's a pic of me and my daughter with a rockfish I caught a few days ago :)

Great introduction. Welcome to the group! I don't know about Pacifica, but there has been a hot bite at Ocean beach.

Hi Bill,

I'm gonna try Tomales for the first time in over 20 years tomorrow. It's definitely not a sure thing.
I've only got one halibut out of Linda Mar but it was a nice 34"er in a December.

If a seagull poops on you, statistically it was no accident.
