Like the title says, I have a choice between an Aquaterra prism (2 scupper holes) or necky dolphin with rudder. I'm a fairly confident paddler (down here in socal) so I understand what I'm getting into with the primary stability of these. I mostly do surf launches and fish in 3' swells and a out 10kt winds, so if anyone has any input on which of these you would grab for $200 I'm all ears. I generally run pretty minimalistic, only 2 rods, 1 tray of tackle, and maybe a FF.

Size wise I'm 5'5 180lb but trying to drop some weight to paddle easier.

Cheers!

Dolphin with the tankwell over the double hatch prism. Fellow OG SteveS was a dolphin paddler in the early days if memory serves me. Have to embrace the lack of initial stability and trust a little roll. Looking back over your shoulder while paddling will catch a lot of people off guard and into the water.

I have a aqua dual hatch prism if anyone's looking. $200 takes it home
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!
