Updated Ocean Sport Fishing Regulations Booklet, as of April 19 (attached)

Regulation changes include the following:

1.  A large number of groundfish regulation changes. Groundfish include many species of fish including rockfish, lingcod, greenlings, cabezon, and others.

2.  A change in purple sea urchin regulations.

3.  Complete Pacific halibut regulations.
