Free to any established NCKA member:  US Cutter Vinyl Cutter/Plotter. 

Think of it as an oversized predecessor to a Cricut. Worked good last time we used it ( 10 yrs ago, lol).
It will require someone with computer/tech savvy for a couple reasons:

    The USB port is broken, so the only port that works is a serial port. Unless you have a computer that is 15+ yrs old, chances are, your PC doesn't have one.
    It will need software to run. I downloaded trial versions years ago to get by. I'm sure its out there, but again, will require digging to find.

It will come with the plotter, a serial cable, and a stand. I also have several rolls of various colored vinyl that will come with this as well.
