Where can I download 2023 full year's tide table?

Does any site provide this?  I hope to keep this for record.

Alternatively, I remember sporting goods store used to have tidetable free for the taking.  Do they still offer this?

This one allows 2 years data in one go!!!!

I need them in Excel format so to filter out the best tide days/times.  Saves a lot of time.
