Howdy, quick intro, and a request!

Hey all, my name is Alex, I'm stoked to have joined! 

I'm a TOTAL amateur fisherman, dabbling in shore based fishing primarily (some ocean, some fresh).  I've had the good fortune of going out on kayaks a couple of times, but mostly stick to the land these days...  I'd love to change that though!

I'm also the founder of TOPO Collective (www.topocollective.com).  We are a small creative agency focusing on clients in the conservation, natural resource (wildfire), and outdoor recreation spaces.  We're based in Sonoma County, but work throughout the state.

We have a project coming up that we could use some help from one or more people in this community - we're shooting a video for a Sonoma County parks agency, and we'd like to highlight the access for kayaks/fishing at Doran Beach Regional Park. 

Basically, we're looking for somebody to come hang out with the video crew for an hour or so one morning in the next few weeks, and load up just as if you were going out fishing.  We'd grab a few shots of you prepping gear and then launching.  We'd also like to get a few shots of you fishing from the jetty...

While this is not a paying gig, we can offer a few perks: breakfast on site, photos and video clips for you to use as you'd like (in situations like this we usually offer to take a few professional portraits, outside of the project's needs), and an REI gift card for $100.  Bonus, you're being an ambassador to the sport and to the community, and (hopefully) helping to highlight some of the great local/public resources available.
