Really impressive. I loved the story and the plans you made and the video's were great. You got me wanting to plan an adventure like this. I have gone diving on the channel islands and have always wanted to do a kayak trip out there, hang out for a couple of days and then back, got to say even that is a little scary, what you did is truly epic, a regular modern day kon tiki adventure, congratulations on your completion. Nice report, thanks for sharing! Looks like you landed at Point Loma, a Navy submarine base. Yeah, they probably aren't keen on unexpected visitors showing up on the beach.
