I found a few windless ish forecasts for Monday but water might be black...incoming 7 ft.  seems too fast to catch a fish...hmmm...deeper cleaner water....hmmm...sfbay....fishing 1-5 would be ideal yet da stinkin' wind...just brainstormin'...hope someone slays... :smt006

Can I catch a hali in ultra brown water?  I could just fish the bottom of the tide and hope...get off before the tide rips back in...hmmm....maybe an early session in Tomales...hmmm...

Tomales Monday.  Halis are deep in the bay.

I'd say a 0ft tide swing is ideal, and you should be able to go anywhere...

I hit OP last Thursday and it was slow.....  real slow.  5 hours trolling and I caught 1 leopard shark.  No bites or nada.  1 kayaker did get lucky with a 22" butt.  But that was about it  :smt012
We're gonna need a bigger boat!

Thanks for that.  The full moon doesn’t help, at least in theory.

Make a day of it!

Run down and do some poke poling on the San Mateo coast early then hit up HMB on your way home? Just need head out before traffic starts and then mosey on home late...

Or take it easy and head down to HMB mid morning for some crabbing and flatty reconnaissance? I would join you for this but just got recently reemployed.

Edit: Actually forecast for Bolinas tomorrow is better than HMB....

Tanks brah!  I’m leaning 90% Tomales as of now.  Tide swing is actually 7.5 ish so less intimidating, also, not quite a full moon tomorrow. :smt006
