Game wardens enforce fish and game laws, our license fees cover a lot, so this is just an extra bolster for what they have to deal with.

Curious though, what makes you say that the CDFW isn’t managing our fisheries well?

One other note and tell me if IÂ’m wrong to think this, but I checked out your lost coast fishing page and youÂ’re pulling the biggest Lings out of the water you can find.  Those near 40” lings on our coast are usually females, males rarely get that big, correct?  WouldnÂ’t it be best for the lingcod population to release big breeding females if youÂ’re concerned about managing the fisheries?
