Hallo all, I grew up in East Germany and was never near water. All my life I was attracted to fishing and hunting. For the last few years I've mostly did crabbing from shore and a blow up kayak and clamming. I also like to catch monkey faced eel.
I know have soooo much to learn about fishing and I'm eager but it's not easy for me to find like minded people who are willing to share the knowledge.
If there are other women or men out there I would love to meet some of you and go out and catch the fish.
I'm close to Tomales Bay but open to travel anywhere. I have a Hobie Outback with a trolling motor and downrigger and fishfinder.
I'm semi retired so ready to jump into the great adventure of fishing.
I'm a Russian River Fan. Tanja

hey there Tanja, welcome, I am also new to this site and fishing from the kayak. I am always looking for buddies to go out with. Just back from a weekend crabbing at nicks cove on tamales bay, it was a good day. waiting for the halibut to start biting, you are free to contact me if you want to plan a outing. I have done some diving up north, fort ross, timber cove and such, so also plan some excursions up there, take care, enjoy the weekend, Ron.
