Recently bought this Cuda 12 from another forum member.  One issue identified at purchase time is that in the high position, the seat doesn't want to sit down in the front footwells.  In the low position it fits fine.

Not normal and it's probably the seat frame is bent/warped somehow. Try setting the seat on the ground to see if you can confirm it's not bent out of shape.
