I have a 2012 AI (bought last year from an ncka post - I love it) - I bought it mainly to use with one AMA for crabbing - it works great, especially if you have a trampoline as well - you can put the hoops on the trampoline. I have a couple of older Revo 13s also, and I bought earlier this year from CCK two AI rear cross bars to add one of the AMAs from the AI (and use the AKAs from the AI) to a revo 13. The rear cross bars are special order from hobie, so they take a little bit to be delivered. Have not gotten a chance to install them yet on the revo and will ask CCK to install them also (I could try to install them myself, but if I make a mistake, it would be a costly mistake). The main reason I am planning to do this is the weight of the AI hull compared to the revo13 - I cannot cartop the AI (I’ve seen people do it, hats off to them), so I use a trailer with the AI, but it would be a lot more convenient to just cartop the revo 13. The weight different between the 2012 AI and revo 13 is I believe more than 16 lb (or it feels a lot more) - looking at the specs, the difference is 30+ lb. Maybe once I add the cross-bars to the reveo the weight difference will become closer to 16 lb, not sure how much the cross bars weigh.

If you plan to take the cross bars from the AI and install them on the revo 13 - the front cross bar from the AI holds the sail, so it it a lot bulkier in the middle, so pretty sure it will not fit on the revo 13. So at the very least, you would need another rear cross bar.
