We all met up at Pigeon Point it was a little sketchy so majority of us went to the lighthouse instead. Me and Steve(Baja Reefer) decided to go take a look at the lighthouse it was calm but we both look at each other and like damn tats a far ass mo foe walk  Carrying yak too the way down its a breeze but the way up no thank you  so he said lets go check out the San Mateo coast n see if we can launch anywhere else. We found a spot looked sweet so we said F****k it Lets do the damn thang  Launching was easy but weather wise the drift was kinda fast and a lil too windy. Fishing sux for a few hours. Till suddenly I get sumthing on my line Jai Boi did a set hook oh man ah Snag  then oh crap my blood boils cus sumthing started to do a head shake  Started reeling it in and by this time im yelling to Steve "FISH ON" superstoked im yelling Jai Boi damn it might be a Hali it be hella pulling and hellza head shakes i Was loving it and at the same time holding my rod tip up cus i didn't want to lose my trophy fish. I finally got it up and it was still in the water i see it about ten feet deep and I yell "OH SHIT F**K ITS A LING MY FIRST LING JAI BOI" yeah literally i was filled with excitement and Steve goes gaff him or net him before you lose it Gaff the bad boy through the gills and boy It was a Done Deal a LIng in my Boat Whoop Whoop haha lol Strike a few pose and in the bag it goes  Then it died again mind my own bizznezz and still stoke i got a ling i just kinda gaze around and when i look to the side of my boat i see this weird but really kwl fish swimming along side of my like hes all that. My first INSTINCT imma eat this shit so i started casting at him with my lure trying to snag his ass  he still think he was tight like he was teasing me like you cant do anything so i tried a couple more cast couldnt get the punk so i finally figured it out and started paddling to his ass haha lol  NOW WHAT!!!! so i see this fish trying to pick up pace as he knows he is being chased he starts flopping kinda in the water haha lol hella cute so i pulled out my Net and BAM got his ass haha lol so i Yell out to Steve aye wat is this and can i eat it haha lol swear exact words. Steve responds thats a MULA MULA haha Jai Boi didn't know wat it was but i guess the other name is a Ocean Sun Fish Beautiful Fish to bad all i Felt on him was bone Strike a couple pose and release the puppy. So again fishing was really slow STeve anchored up and i continue to drift and paddle back then drift some mo at my last drift I got sutting hitting my line and it put up another good fight i tried yelling to steve dont think he heard me n Wat do you KNow another LIng but a Blue one damn Caught two Lings but this one was three inches shy of being a keeper. So overall great day on the Water Cherry Popped Hell Yeah MY Very First LIng My First Mula Mula Jai Boi.  STeve will post up Pics Later. Thanks in advance Steve.

We got to Monterey bouts 845 am got on the water at bouts 930 we all rookies and its all our first time out on our yak. Weather was superb water was glass and did i metion S**T WAS F_ING CLEAN you can see the sand literally made you wanna just take a dive and a few of us did haha lol. We started heading out to the Kelp beds by the aquarium started jigging mind you we just work with wat we had which wasn't much haha good looking tho Andy(baitnbeer) work the kelp bed for a min then all of a sudden  you hear a big a$$ splash it was a big oh white sea bass jumping out the water it was hellza crazy i took  another look to make sure i was wrong Man down haha lol i guess Dr. Fectavious(George/Fecter) took a dip haha lol should of saw his face he looked a lil spooked haha lol i guess it was unexpected haha lol we didn't laugh at the time cus it was serious but thinking about it now damn it was funny anyway he did a self rescue he made it seem easy mad props to yah then i was curious with these lil kids damn they know what they were doing lil punks were catching em with every cast they was like 10-13 years old, i guess the parents don't care for em much haha lol any way yeah i took advice from a lil kid haha they told us to go to the red bouy i didn't make it all the way i stopped and talked to another yaker named ernie(hes a member of NCKA says hes a buddy of Cal Bear) cool guy gave me a few tips by then damn we had 5-6 foot swells headed back i was starting to get hella cold so i told andy and Dr. F imma go grab my jacket on the way there for some odd reason i just stopped put my line down felt it hit bottom and pulled it back up all of a sudden Bam the rod goes bendo Fish On haha lol Jai boi shit was tight pulled it up f%$k a double hook up two Rock Fish WTF oh well i didn't mind haha I started yelling like some crazy retard Fish ON!!!!! Andy Fector hurry your a$$ over here hella laughin i was hella juiced then i decided i no longer need my jacket haha Hi-fives all around jai boi Andy didn't bring any fishing gear so he just practice self rescue n if i were to give him a grade it would be an A for Awesome he mastered it, i hereby certify Andy a Self Rescue Certificate of Completion haha lol well tats about it guys it was hella fun cant wait to get back out there Andy???? Wats up Ladies N Gents i couldn't resist the temptation any longer  i was starting to have anxiety attacks haha lol  so what i did to fix it,  its hella reckless of me tho since i have no money in the bank but then what good is a credit card if you aint gonna abuse it haha lol so got my ass out of bed made a call to Adventure Sports located in Sac and see if they carried any Wilderness System Tarpon 140 they did and they also told me they had deals on there 08 model. Just like that got in my truck and jetted off    Got there and the peeps was hella cool i felt like i was at Disneyland literally cus i know i was about to spend hellza money     bull shit with the guy there a lil decided what i wanted and ended up leaving with a NRS Johns Wet Suit, Paddle, Life Vest and Best of all a brand new 2008 Tarpon 140 Angler edition peep game JAI BOI NOW LETS GET SOME!!! HAHA LOL

Hey Ladies and Gents

The name is Keo I'm new to this whole thing. I wanna get myself a kayak probably used just to get my feet wet first. I don't wanna get ripped so what stuff should i be looking out for. Oh btw I'm 5'8 130lbs i will be using this as a workout and at the same time doin some fishing Jai Boi. Species i will be aiming for is Stripers, Sturg, Halis, Sharks, and anything thats bites my line haha. I don't know which models is best and which models i should stay away from i want something that is light but at the same time i don't wanna get flipped over  .
